Get lost in the paradise island of Ischia, Italy

Located on the Bay of Naples, Ischia is considered as one of the most beautiful island of Italy. Ischia was formed owing to a series of volcanic eruptions in this area. The name Ischia is derived from the beautiful pine groves growing in this area. Ischia is connected with mainland Italy by a series of Hydrofoils and ferries which ply in between Naples and Ischia.

Ischia Porto is a major landmark of this tiny island where the poet Vittoria Colonna lived. Sant’Angelo, which is a tiny fishing village, is considers as the most beautiful part of the region. It is connected with mainland Ischia by a 91 m long bridge. Other attractions include the Spa at Lacco Ameno and Forio known for its scenic beauty.
